Under-review: Applications which are being reviewed or have been submitted for review are reflected as under review. Under review does not necessarily imply that your application has been taken up for review. Applications are scored on their quality and based on their scoring the review team actively considers reviewing them for furthering them to an interview or archiving them for a future consideration.
Feedback: Your assignment may not have been shortlisted but your candidature is being considered currently. Thus we highly recommend you to take your feedback session seriously while being accepting of the final decision the team takes.
Shortlisted: You did well in your assignment and we want to get to know you better over an interview. If your interview goes well then there is no stopping you from joining the team!
Decision Awaited: This is the time we seek right after the interview interaction as the final decision is not based on any particular stage performance but your overall performance across all stages. Furthermore the decision is taken by an entire team and not just the interviewer or a specific stage reviewer. This is a very short wait though before the verdict is out!
Accepted: You are just one step away from being a Reading Righter! All you have to do now is sign the one year bond along with the NDA/non compete and voila! This stage too comes with it timeline so you don't want to take forever to complete the formalities.
Archived: Based on a thorough check of your application, assignment and disposition if we do not find your candidature fitting for the position applied for we hold onto your application safely in our archives and reach out in future when and if we find something more suitable.
Deactivated: If you have not submitted any of the stages within the time allocated to you, we deactivate your account and disqualify your candidature from further process.
Transfer: Incase we are unable to take you forward in the position applied for and recognise your suitability for a different position in the team, we suggest you a transfer of your application there. The transfer is done completely by your consent and hence redirects you to the application page of that role requiring YOU to apply. However an internal recommendation is automatically provided by the team transferring your application.
Withdrawn: Incase at any given point you feel you do not wish to continue being a part of the application process and would want to step away from applying at Reading Right altogether then you can simply withdraw your application using the button on the right hand corner of your application page. The status will then change to withdrawn application and will not be processed/considered further.
